What is possible in a Cash-Based Practice

I started my cash-based practice almost 8 years ago and I spent the first 3 years proving (to myself especially) that it was a viable long term job, business and idea.

Then I spent the next few years on auto-pilot, not really marketing much (set up my automated systems early on) and I started teaching others how it I did it and started this blog.

Earlier this year Paul Gough invited me to join him in his Accelerator Method class, then I took his Business Growth School and I finally realized where I was heading…

because someone else (Paul) showed me what is possible…

I’m building a 4-5 therapist cash-based practice, that has a positive effect on many more people than I can alone…

a practice that runs on it’s own, via systems & amazing employees, so I can travel without leaving my patients hanging…

and now we’re looking for a full time physical therapist who can start ASAP……

We need someone to work in our  office who here in Greensboro, NC and who is available for flexible hours Monday-Friday, and..

who can work Saturdays from time to time.

My Rockstar Admin Assistant!

lebauerpt-rockstar-sarah-wardI’ve already hired my first employee, Sarah. She is my Rockstar Administrative Assistant and she is keeping my schedule busier than I thought was possible 🙂

We started with a week of training and orientation, and she now works with me 3 days a week and this week marked her 6th official week and her 1st performance review. We’ll do another at 3 months, then at 1 year.

Her presence is totally worth it. If you are hesitating to hire someone, do it!

Just her being there to check out patients, change the treatment room and return phone calls has made my day so much less busy and I can get down to some real work!
