4 Stages of Physical Therapy Business Ownership

4 stages of pt business owners

Everyone wants to call themselves an entrepreneur, but are you actually an entrepreneur?  Entrepreneurship is a mindset but entrepreneurship is also a state of being. I want to break this down and give you insight into some of the things you need to do the four stages of business ownership.

The Four Stages are:

-Employee

-Self-employed

-Business owner

-Entrepreneur

You can expect to see differences in income, responsibility, hours worked, and limits of growth.

Each stage has advantages and disadvantages. It’s up to each person to decide where they want to be eventually. Then, you can make a plan for getting there. The first step is acknowledging where you are right now. If you are currently an employee, what is your end goal? How can you take the necessary steps to get there? Do you have to advance to each stage?
