I had the honor and pleasure to interview Ann Wendel, PT, ATC, CMTPT.

Ann Wendel Cash Based Physical TherapistAnn owns and operates Prana Physical Therapy in Alexandria, VA which is a 100% cash based physical therapy practice. She has a very active online presence including her personal blog, Linkedin, and Twitter. She also writes monthly columns for BossFit Magazine, GirlsGoneStrong, & WebPT and has recently started writing for Medbridge. She just finished a cash based seminar with Gawenda Seminars and consults with business owners who want to start cash based physical therapy practices.

During this 35 minute interview, Ann shares her thoughts and insights about her practice, her treatment philosophy, listening to patients, Direct Access, why she is such a prolific writer, her biggest regret and the single most important thing she has done to help her practice.

    Thank you Aaron and Ann for this great interview. Very informative. Exactly what I need as I continue to learn the ins and outs of cash-based practice. I took the leap and recently opened my own practice (~5 weeks). So far, very slow which is a bit daunting to be honest:)
