What All PT Business Owners Need to Be Doing Today

Today, we’re talking about what you should be doing RIGHT NOW as a physical therapy business owner!

Look for the Opportunities

There are some major opportunities in front of you right now that most aren’t looking for. Plenty of people are going to throw in the towel and give up, but not you.

Identify the Problems in Front of You

Problems haven’t gone away. Money hasn’t gone away. They’ve just shifted. Figure out how you can help people solve those new problems.

Take Care of Your Team and Get Them Working

If you’re not treating patients right now, find other things for your team to do.

Maybe it’s building your social media presence or creating online courses. Whatever it is, keep them working. (And show them how much you appreciate them in the process!)

What is the best way to take advantage of the opportunity we have now? Hustle. Get stuff done you never had time to before.

Share Your Story

Be personable, relatable, and vulnerable, because that’s what people yearn to see. They don’t buy what you do; they buy who you are.

Don’t Be Afraid to Sell and Make Offers

Sleazy used car salesmen shouldn’t determine how you feel about sales. In fact, if you think sales as a whole is bad, you’re going to struggle.

As long as you ask questions and get the other person talking more, there is no sleaziness involved. It’s ethical because you’re giving them the health transformation they want and need.

Hire, Because Labor Is on Sale

If you’ve got your ducks in a row, now is a great time to hire. Go find that therapist you’ve been looking for, as they may be out of a job.

Change Your Mindset

If none of this makes sense to you, change your mindset.

Remember: the sky isn’t falling. People still need your help. They always will. And they are out there.

Don’t Stop, Never Quit

If you don’t stop and never quit, you’ll never fail. You can do this.
