Chances are, your business is struggling in some way right now. We definitely were. In fact, our Wellness Warrior program saved us in a lot of ways. Massage therapy got cut off at the neck, but we still had that recurring revenue stream to fall back on.

So, what is recurring revenue?

Recurring revenue is income that comes in month after month, but you only sell it once. You don’t have to have the money conversation over and over again with people.

If you run a program like this, the key is to continue to provide value to your clients. That way, over time, you can deliver the change or transformation people want.

For instance, if you’re a gym-owner, offer more than just machine access. Offer additional perks like merchandise, free classes, etc.

Ps. It’s not just for gyms or physical therapy either. If you’re a hairstylist, why not create a “Hair of the Month Club”?
